My name is Shamora Koonce, baker of OMG Bun & Ban Yummies where OMG Stands for “Oh My Goodness” which Emphasizes the amazing tastes that these homemade cakes have after just a sample taste! When the pandemic began on the rise in 2020, the idea of introducing my product came very clear to me with help of a dear cousin after reminding me about how great my honey bun cake tasted. I then started to think how impressed others would feel if they were able to just sample just a little bit of what I can do. You have to know that the honey bun cake is a favorite-must have dish for families and friends during Thanksgiving and Christmas feast! So this is not just an ordinary cake! It’s very unique, fulfilling and extremely tasteful. One of my favorite ways to describe it is, “The taste is definitely in the cup.” One amazing thing that I absolutely love about this product is that you can spoon it right out of the cup-enjoying every spoonful leaving little to no mess. “Less mess is best.” When it comes to kids, “less mess is stressless.” Another is the texture taste is so moist that it mainly melts into your mouth. After knowing that I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about my honey bun cake over the years. My husband and I decided to offer my famous honey bun cake as one of about seven different cake flavors to the local communities and surrounding areas. Ever since, baking has been one of the most rewarding and extremely fun things for me to do! I am really a baker at heart!
